Job summary

EnProVera is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to apply legal research, writing, and case management skills in support of the U.S. Navy’s Disability Evaluation System Counsel Program (DESCP) in Bremerton, WA.

You will directly assist DESCP attorneys, conduct research using LexisNexis and Westlaw, and prepare memoranda, briefs, and summaries. Knowledge of VTA and related databases is a plus, with responsibilities including file maintenance and multi-task scheduling.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Paralegal experience or a Paralegal certificate.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supports all DESCP attorneys in the representation of DESCP clients.
  • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and case summaries.
  • Maintain case files and legal documentation.
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and client support.
