SunSoftOnline is seeking a Paralegal Investigator to support section attorneys with legal research, case organization, court filings, and legislative tracking for the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

The position is part-time, on-site in the Phoenix area, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Experience minimum of 1 year in a paralegal role is required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on paralegal experience.
• Local candidate residing in the Phoenix metro area must be listed on resume.
• Familiarity with filing requirements, rules, and procedures across Arizona state and federal courts.
• Strong word processing skills and legal research tools; proficient with calendaring.
