Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a paralegal certificate program requiring an internship component.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing paralegals and working independently with guidance from mentors.
• Interviewing members of various work groups to understand large firm operations.
• Document coding and tagging in Relativity, or other related e-Discovery tasks.
• Utilizing databases and electronic document management systems.
• Supervised preparation of deposition kits and trial exhibits.
• Summarizing testimony and case records, itemizing damages, and assisting with discovery responses.
• Observing hearings, trials, oral arguments, or viewing video-taped depositions.
