Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC d/b/a Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is seeking a Paralegal I in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time role supports in-house counsel with document routing, filings, and records management, while assisting with basic legal tasks.

Remote work is not available and a healthy benefits package is offered. The position requires high attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and 0–2 years in a legal support role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 0-2 years of experience in a legal assistant, legal clerk, or administrative support role; prior entry-level experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, or finance is preferred
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program is a plus
• Exposure to mortgage/real estate terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support administrative, operational, and legal functions under executive leadership, including General Counsel and Contracts
• Coordinate daily legal department mailings and service of process routing
• Manage document execution processes, including contract routing and signatures
• Maintain organized central files in document management systems
• Track pending contract signatures and deadlines; send routine follow-ups
• Provide entry-level administrative support to in-house counsel and senior legal team
• Assist with basic data entry for litigation tracking databases and governance files
• Help organize company policies for easy access
• Perform basic legal research and document collection tasks
• Provide coverage for front lobby operations including visitor handling and inquiries
