Qualifications

- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
- Familiarity with the UCC Article 9.
Responsibilities
- Oversee legal matters related to collections, defaults, and creditors' rights within the MCA and small business lending space.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, liens, and settlement agreements, focusing on speed and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end uncontested legal processes, from filing to resolution, to achieve favorable and timely outcomes.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge, automated processes to streamline the collections and litigation lifecycle.
- Stay updated on legal trends and regulatory changes in commercial litigation, MCA, and small business lending, ensuring compliance and innovation.
