The ideal candidate will draft and file motions, liens, and settlement agreements with speed and accuracy, manage end-to-end processes, and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of legal experience with collections, defaults, and creditors' rights.
• Excellent organizational skills and a process-driven approach to legal work.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with the UCC and Article 9.

Salary Range:
