Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with attorneys and clients to discuss matters and projects.
• Support attorneys in preparing for court appearances and client meetings.
• Liaise with financial advisors and third parties to obtain documentation.
• Prepare court petitions and related judicial documents.
• Communicate with courts and submit filings.
• Track and calendar court hearing dates and deadlines.
• Prepare subtrust funding documents and deeds.
• Coordinate transfer and re-titling of assets including real property and accounts.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to work in our Estate Administration team. What You'll Do

• Meet with attorneys and clients to discuss assigned matters or projects
• Support attorneys in preparing for court appearances and client meetings

• Prepare court petitions and related judicial documents
• Communicate with courts
• Submit court filings and deed recordings
• Track and calendar court hearing dates, filing deadlines, and administrative timelines
• Prepare subtrust funding documents, including trust allocation statements and deeds
• Coordinate the transfer and re-titling of assets, including real property, financial accounts, and business interests
• Maintain and manage estate administration matters and files

• $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Minimum of two years of paralegal experience
