Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred.
• Experience in a large law firm and/or corporate in-house legal department desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.

Responsibilities

• Track business entity documents related to state registration and tax.
• Create and maintain compliance tracking systems and records.
• Interface with internal business partners for contract negotiations.
