Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing files for court, and coordinating with DA offices, clerks, and law enforcement while meeting clients and handling day-to-day tasks. Bachelor’s preferred.

My Rights Law, a California based law firm focused on Criminal / DUI Defense and Injury Law, is seeking an individual with integrity, skills and confidence needed to thrive in a growing practice. To succeed in this role, a successful candidate will need to have results orientation, enthusiasm for criminal law (and ideally some experience in criminal law), and strong interpersonal and communication skills. This position provides a unique opportunity for both training and experience with a criminal defense firm.

Key Responsibilities:
