Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to work closely with attorneys on private and some public companies, with a primary focus on formations, governance and financings. Wilson Sonsini has an opening for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to work closely with attorneys on private companies, and some public companies, in our San Diego office. The paralegal will be an important part of the team in managing clients and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to handle variety of responsibilities involved in formations, compliance and corporate governance, and financings.

The primary location for this job posting is in San Diego. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $43.21 – $58.46 per hour.
The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
