Job summary

Weltman is seeking a Paralegal to support two attorneys in the Dublin, Ohio office. The role involves extensive legal research, case management, and drafting legal documents. You will handle depositions, subpoenas, and billing, while maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and staff.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:45pm. The position requires a paralegal degree or certification and at least six years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies required.
• 6 years relevant legal experience.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analyze sources to determine relevance for documentary evidence.
• Manage case files and billing quotas.
• Draft and/or dictate legal briefs, pleadings, and other documents.
• Attend depositions and hearings and review transcripts as required.
• Coordinate service of subpoenas and notices to witnesses and parties.
