Commercial Finance Paralegal Job Details:
Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the western United States, is currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its Commercial Finance practice group in our Phoenix office.
If you are an experienced paralegal with knowledge in reviewing title and surveys along with loan document preparation, this is the role for you!
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Title & Survey Review:
Review and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and property surveys.
Closing Management:
Update and manage closing checklists; calendar key transaction dates; support overall closing coordination.
Document Drafting:
Assist attorneys with initial drafts of loan documents and closing instruction letters.
Entity Review:
Request, review, and summarize entity formation and organizational documents for all parties involved.
Certificates & Documentation:
Obtain and manage certificates of good standing and certificates of existence.
UCC & Due Diligence:
Order, review, and summarize UCC searches; ensure receipt and summarization of all due diligence materials.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with attorneys, clients, and other transaction stakeholders regarding deal progress.
