Law Tyme, Inc. is a prominent, long-standing law firm focusing on Complex Civil Litigation, seeking an Experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy docket including Personal Injury, Product Liability, Catastrophe cases and more.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal, can draft pleadings, perform thorough research, manage case calendars, and assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal.
• Ability to work on complex litigation cases.
• Able to draft pleadings.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of local rules and procedures.
• Excellent discovery skills.
• Strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Case management experience.
• Trial experience is helpful.

• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures
• Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
• Case Management Experience
• Trial experience helpful
