Job summary

AF Group seeks a paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and file management. You will conduct legal research, analyze statutes and decisions, draft complex documents, and interview clients and witnesses.

Responsibilities include reviewing records, assisting with hearings, docket management, and preparing exhibits. Two to four years of paralegal experience is preferred, with a Bachelor's or certification in paralegal studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or Paralegal certification required.
• Two to four years of paralegal experience preferred, civil liability or workers' compensation exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize medical and other records and prepare summaries of relevant information.
• Interview witnesses and confer with personnel while performing research.
• Assist attorneys with complex caseload research and briefings of court cases.
• Provide guidance on activities and contracts and identify complex issues.
