Kisling, Nestico & Redick is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support attorneys through investigation, research, and document preparation. You will manage cases, collect medical records, review insurance information, and help with settlement processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with two years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred. Strong MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and research facts and prepare documents to support the assigned attorney.
• Maintain accurate case management and timely communication with clients and attorneys.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records; assist with insurance investigations.
• Prepare disbursement summaries and settlement documentation when needed.
• Balance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution.
