Qualifications

• Combination of four years of experience through the listed pathways.
• You may have gained applicable paraprofessional experience through previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach legal support staff.
• Maintain attorney calendars using Outlook and case management systems; schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
• Review incoming mail and documents for assigned attorneys and verify dates per court rules and AGO policy.
• Independently manage case matters by reading, reviewing, and preparing orders, dates, and discovery documents.
• This recruitment may fill multiple positions for the same classification.
