Job summary

The State of Washington, Office of the Attorney General, is recruiting for a permanent full-time Paralegal 2 in the Regional Services Division, located in Kennewick, Washington. The position is represented by the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE).

Qualifications

• Combination of four years of experience through:
• Examples of paraprofessional experience in support of an attorney: preparing pleadings and legal correspondence, ensuring proper service, calendaring dates, managing case documents, tracking discovery, researching issues and citations.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in juvenile cases.
• Supervise Paralegal 1s.
• Telework is supported; in-person supervision is desired.
• Work across multiple counties and courts as needed.
