Formación

• Combination of three years of experience in paraprofessional support or certified paralegal work.
• Paralegal certification or two-year degree required.
• Experience in trial preparation and court filing procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze facts and research legal issues.
• Prepare pleadings, notices and trial materials.
• Coordinate witness interviews and manage trial timelines.
• Draft motions, orders and legal notices.
• Assist in discovery and case strategy development.
