Hightowerlaw in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support their Defense team. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling essential tasks like trial preparation, e-filing, scheduling, and billing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with bodily injury and insurance defense cases. This is a full-time, on-site position. Only candidates based in Florida will be considered.

Job Description:

As an Insurance Defense Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our experienced associates. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the management of defense cases, including:

• Assisting with trial preparation
• E-filing and managing Court Maps
• Calendaring and scheduling
• Subpoena preparation and control
• Drafting correspondence
• Performing administrative tasks
• Handling billing and other standard legal assistant duties

Qualifications:

We are looking for organized, proactive candidates who are self-starters and possess the following experience and skills:

• Experience assisting with trial preparation
• Trial experience
• Proficiency in e-filing and Court Maps
• Strong calendaring and scheduling skills
