Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in Westbury, NY seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side) to support attorneys from intake through settlement or trial, coordinating with clients, doctors, and opposing counsel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with in-office work in Westbury. Compensation is competitive, up to $80K plus bonus, plus medical/dental insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Must be able to work In office - Westbury, Long Island.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trials.
• Assist with negotiating and finalizing lien resolutions and settlements

• Assist with negotiating and finalizing lien resolutions and settlements
