Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side) to support attorneys through intake, discovery, and settlements in Westbury, Long Island.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of litigation paralegal experience, with in-office work required.

You will draft and file pleadings, manage case files, coordinate depositions and IMEs, and assist with lien resolutions and settlements, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years' experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• In-office work location: Westbury, Long Island.

• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trials.
• Assist with negotiating and finalizing lien resolutions and settlements

The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires the ability to work with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
