Role Overview:

As a Junior Attorney / Paralegal, you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation-related tasks across a personal injury caseload. You will work directly under 2–3 supervising attorneys, while also maintaining independence over certain files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to gain real courtroom and deposition experience in a fast-moving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints and litigation pleadings
• Handle all phases of discovery
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with trial preparation
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates
• Supervise and guide support staff (as needed)
• Perform other litigation tasks as assigned
