Job summary

LHH is seeking a Paralegal for a landlord/tenant and civil litigation practice in Bellevue, WA. This fully onsite role manages cases from intake to resolution, coordinates with clients and courts, and supports attorneys in landlord-tenant and civil matters.

The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience in civil litigation, strong calendaring and document management, and the ability to handle high-volume caseloads with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation required.
  • Experience handling landlord-tenant or eviction matters preferred.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and deadlines.
  • Strong calendaring, filing, and case management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Location: Bellevue, WA (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 DOE

LHH has partnered with a growing Bellevue-based law firm with a strong focus on landlord representation is seeking a Paralegal to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, managing cases from start to finish, and working closely with clients and attorneys in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from intake through resolution
  • Prepare, file, and organize legal documents
  • Maintain court calendars and monitor deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist attorneys with landlord-tenant and civil litigation matters
  • Track deadlines and proactively address case needs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with county-specific filing requirements
