Relevant Experience

Prior to joining Flaherty & Hood, Rik worked as a legal assistant in the Criminal Division at the Washington County Attorney’s Office.

Rik also has experience serving as a paralegal in the Minnesota Army National Guard for 6 years, during which he worked on the Midwest Regional Defense team, assisting soldiers with civilian legal work, and supporting Judge Advocate Officers as they advised Commanders.
