Our attorneys are well known for their extensive experience in providing legal services to municipalities, school districts, counties, townships, state agencies, and development authorities.
The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including Employment and Municipal Law. This position focuses on assisting attorneys in a wide range of civil litigation matters involving public sector clients.
Key responsibilities include managing and organizing case files; drafting and responding to written discovery; coordinating and summarizing document productions; assisting with deposition and trial preparation; cite-checking and proofreading briefs; eFiling in state and federal courts; and supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, hearings, and trials. The paralegal will also assist with case investigation, maintaining litigation calendars, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $102,000, commensurate with experience.
