About Us:

This is a full-time hourly position requiring 40 hours per week. We are a dynamic and client-focused law firm dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated professional to support our business, civil, family, probate and trust and estate law practices. We handle a variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas, ensuring every day brings new and exciting challenges.

What You’ll Do:
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
  • Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Paralegal or Legal Assistant with 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm setting and with an interest in business, civil, family, probate, trust and estate law.
  • A strong communicator who can help people navigate difficult circumstances with kindness, and empathy
  • Foundational writing and organizational skills.
  • Strong business and professional acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn case management and legal software.
