Wilshire Law Firm, a distinguished personal injury litigation practice, seeks a Paralegal in Oakland to support our litigation team. You will draft, review, and file documents; communicate with clients, courts, and defense counsel; and manage discovery and deadlines across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil litigation, strong communication, and comfort with a paperless environment, including CA discovery rules and e-Filing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Confident in a paperless work environment.
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules.
• Familiarity with California discovery rules.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As our Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients interests, often in ground-breaking and newsworthy cases.

Accountable for

Compensation

• $75,000 - $110,000depending on experience
