The Kings County District Attorney’s Office (KCDA) in Brooklyn seeks a Paralegal for its Hate Crimes Bureau. The role supports investigations, prepares subpoenas and production orders, and gathers essential case documents from NYPD, FDNY, and other agencies.
You’ll contact witnesses, coordinate with investigators and court staff, monitor discovery, and assist ADAs as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

The Hate Crimes Bureau investigates and prosecutes crimes committed by members of law enforcement against civilians. The Hate Crimes Bureau also investigates and prosecutes crimes motivated by a victim’s race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
