Job summary

Simple Title Closing & Escrow PLLC, a well-established Lynn, Massachusetts law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. You will assist with administrative tasks, prepare formation documents for corporations and LLCs, and support other legal needs within the Firm.

We offer a competitive salary ($55,000.00–$60,000.00 based on experience), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as paralegal or in a law firm or legal setting.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent typing, technology, and time-management skills.
• Secretarial and paralegal skills.
• Driven and capable of learning new material quickly.

Regular duties for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with administrative matters, communications, and scheduling.
• Prepare documentation for formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
• Support other legal needs within the Firm.

Qualifications

• Driven and capable of learning new material quickly
• Secretarial and paralegal skills
• Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in a law firm or other legal setting
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
• Excellent typing, technology, and time-management skills
• 1-3 years of experience

Salary: $55,000.00- $60,000.000 (Salary based on experience)
