Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in our Louisville, KY office. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience and familiarity with State and Federal civil procedures.

This full-time role offers flexible options, including hybrid work arrangements. Qualified candidates will handle pleadings, medical records review, deposition summaries, e-discovery, and trial support while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation.
• Familiarity with State and Federal rules of civil procedures.
• Paralegal certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with iManage, Relativity, CM/ECF, and calendaring is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on pleadings, medical records requests and reviews, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support.
• Maintain meticulous document management and organize case files.
• Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and calendar management.

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in its Louisville, Kentucky office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience with Insurance Defense Litigation, as well as familiarity with State and Federal rules of civil procedures. This position is full time with flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, medical records request and review, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in document management software (i.e., iManage and Relativity), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) and calendaring software is preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Paralegal certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
