Job summary

HAQQ Inc. is a fast-growing legal tech company in the United States seeking a paralegal to support high-stakes corporate and commercial work across the group. You will prepare, file and organize legal documents, and maintain corporate registers and records.

This role offers exposure to diligence and contract administration, with a focus on strong English and Arabic communication. 1–3 years in a firm or in-house is expected, and you will liaise with notaries and authorities in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Paralegal qualification or law studies required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a firm or in-house.
• Strong organizational skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience with multi-entity structures is a plus.
