Job summary

The Firm in South Lawrence, Massachusetts is seeking a bilingual Spanish Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation to join a small litigation team. This full-time role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a detail-oriented, client-focused approach.

You will support two attorneys and three paralegals, handle client interviews, intake, and documentation, and assist with pleadings, case preparation, and file management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and standard computer applications.
• Experience using Dictaphone or digital dictation systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

Established in 1989, our small, established litigation law firm in South Lawrence, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Paralegal to join our team. Our practice is supported by two active attorneys and three paralegals, and we proudly serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking client community.
