The role requires extensive litigation experience, ability to manage 20-30 ongoing cases, draft pleadings, handle discovery, and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. In-office position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years litigation paralegal experience.

• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of local rules and civil procedures.

Well established, mid-size Law Firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law.

This person will have heavy and extensive experience in Litigation, and be able to handle a case load of 20-30 cases that are in progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Able to draft Pleadings for review by Attorney(s)
• Excellent Research and Writing skills
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedures
• In depth experience with the Discovery process
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
• Have a friendly and compassionate demeanor
