Job summary

New Leaf Family in Colorado is hiring a Family Law Paralegal in a hybrid role based in Greenwood Village. You will assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, and client communications, supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, 3+ years of family law experience, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 3+ years of family law experience required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case materials.
• Managing and organizing digital case files with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assisting with hearing and trial preparation.
• Participating in occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or team collaboration as needed.
• Supporting Spanish-speaking clients through translation and interpretation as required.

• Must reside in Colorado within a reasonable commuting distance to firm locations
