The ideal candidate will handle case files from intake through trial, draft legal documents, and maintain communication with clients. Candidates with a Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree are preferred, along with those proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Previous law firm experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from intake through resolution/trial.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery demands.
• Assist with e-filing through the NJ Judiciary and federal systems.
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from intake through resolution/trial
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery demands, and motions
• Maintain frequent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Assist with e‑filing through the NJ Judiciary and federal systems
• Coordinate schedules, depositions, and court appearances
• Other related tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Education: Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous law firm experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Case Management Software
• Filevine experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi‑task, and a professional demeanor

Compensation

Compensation: $43,000 - $55,000 per year
