Job summary

Jones Law Firm, a Denver-based firm with 25 years in practice, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal. You will support attorneys with document drafting, discovery responses, client communications, and case preparation for hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of family law paralegal experience required.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court rules, and filing processes.
• Experience drafting legal documents, discovery, and motions.
• Demonstrated attention to minute details.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents relating to family law.
• Collect and respond to discovery requests.
• Establish effective communication with clients and relevant contacts.
• Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Ensure deadlines and calendar obligations are met.
• Work in conjunction with family law attorneys.
