We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our Denver-based team. This role supports attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, trust administration, and probate procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Assist with trust administration and probate filings, including court submissions and asset transfers
  • Maintain and organize client files, calendars, and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other third parties
  • Support attorneys with research, document review, and matter management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant formal training
  • Experience working in a mid‑sized or large law firm
  • Familiarity with Colorado probate and trust laws
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
