Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court documents
• Draft legal correspondence and assist with wills, trusts, and affidavits
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, executors, and third parties
• Assist with asset collection, identification, and valuation
• Maintain organized case files and documentation
• Communicate with probate courts, financial institutions, and agencies
• Support attorneys with case preparation and proceedings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of probate, estate administration, or trust & estates experience
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of probate processes and court procedures
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience
