Amprius Technologies, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team with contract management, NDA review, governance, and regulatory compliance.
The candidate will manage high volumes of documents and work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. The role covers drafting and reviewing NDA and commercial contracts, implementing a contract management system, and coordinating filings across jurisdictions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team with contract management, routine
contract and NDA review, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters. The ideal candidate
is organized, discreet, and comfortable managing a high volume of documents while working closely with
attorneys and cross-functional business teams.
Experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
Experience implementing a contract management system.
Exposure to entity management software and multi-jurisdiction filings.
Familiarity with IP administration, particularly trademark filings and IP records.
Experience supporting regulatory compliance in a relevant industry.
Notary commission (or willingness to obtain)
Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + RSUs. Salary range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000. Base salary will be determined based on knowledge, experience, and education.
