TrueSeek is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal for our Bay Area and Los Angeles offices. The role supports complex class actions and PAGA matters with a high-volume caseload in a collaborative firm environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in litigation paralegal work, strong organizational and communication abilities, and thrives under deadlines. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tuesday–Thursday; remote options available for CA-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience with Class Action and PAGA is required.
• Employment litigation and wage/hour experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in complex Class Action and PAGA matters through all phases including discovery, document review, and production.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and case management materials; coordinate court filings and deadlines.
• Assist with mediation, settlement administration, and trial preparation across wage/hour and employment matters.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors while handling multiple matters.

Employment Litigation Paralegal

Compensation $85,000–$110,000 plus Bonus

Based in San Francisco Bay Area CA or Los Angeles CA, we are a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Class Action and PAGA litigation team is expanding and seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a growing team handling complex high-impact class action and representative action matters throughout California. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigation paralegal who values meaningful plaintiff-side work collaborative teamwork and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in complex Class Action and PAGA litigation matters through all phases of the case including discovery document review and production while managing case files and maintaining litigation calendars with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare pleadings correspondence and case management materials while coordinating court filings and ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met
• Assist with mediation settlement administration and trial preparation across active class action wage and hour and employment matters
• Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel experts and vendors while managing multiple concurrent matters in a fast-paced collaborative litigation environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience with direct Class Action and PAGA experience required; employment litigation and wage and hour experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong case management multitasking and organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across active matters
