Job summary

Our client, a respected family law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time experienced paralegal for a fast-paced practice. This is an in-person position with the opportunity for some remote days.

Duties include drafting pleadings, motions, and orders; responding to discovery; and managing an active caseload of over 75 cases. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of paralegal experience in a family law setting and the ability to work independently and meet court deadlines.

• Minimum of one year experience as a paralegal in a family law firm setting.
