Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education coursework totaling at least nine credits is preferred.
• One year of experience working with students in structured educational settings preferred.
• If no related coursework, two to four years of experience working with children/adolescents in structured settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Support students with IEPs and provide instructional and classroom management assistance.
• Attend to student personal care and medical needs as required.
• Assist with implementing instructional programs and use of instructional tools.
• May participate in activities off-site as needed and perform related clerical tasks.
