Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists teacher with classroom instruction and adapts materials for students requiring modifications.
• Provides one-on-one and/or group tutoring to students as needed.
• Monitors children’s behavior inside and outside the classroom; escorts students on campus.
• Assists with cleaning up and related tasks after daily activities.
• Prepares classroom for activities and organizes homework folders.
• Assists with grading papers and maintaining bulletin boards and supplies.
• Attends in-service trainings and meetings.
• Participates in testing students and updating student information in computer systems.
• Contacts parents and performs related administrative duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
