Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• One year of transit operation experience with direct customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates non-CDL vehicles in passenger service for Call-a-Bus and related routes.
• Uses transit technology to follow schedules and inform passengers of trip progress.
• Maintains radio communication with Dispatch and Transit Service Coordinators to report service interruptions.
• Greet passengers and assist with boarding/disembarking, including mobility aids.
