Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support lead advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans across retirement, tax, estate, and investments.

What You'll Do
  • Support lead advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment strategies.
  • Conduct client research and gather financial information, including net worth analysis, cash flow modeling, and insurance/investment reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain financial planning deliverables using platforms such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar software.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action items for client review meetings.
  • Assist with client onboarding by collecting and organizing documents, entering information into the CRM, and coordinating account paperwork.
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify items requiring advisor attention.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
  • Collaborate with advisory and operations teams to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Stay current on financial planning strategies, tax law changes, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Active securities or financial planning license, such as Series 65, Series 66, CFP®, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM platforms.
  • Strong interest in learning and adopting new technology, including planning tools, client communication platforms, and fintech solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with advisors and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP® designation or currently pursuing the designation.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Familiarity with RIA operations and compliance.
