Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children and families.
• Make home visits to assist families and set SMART goals.
• Maintain documentation of lesson plans, home visits, and referrals.
• Communicate regularly with ECEAP staff and participate in required trainings.
