Job summary

US Urology Partners seeks a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, handle check-in/out, and answer appointment and general inquiries. You will review charts, update insurance details in the EMR, and support coverage across clinics. The role includes collecting patient payments and travel to other clinics as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong communication, and prior healthcare/EMR experience. HIPAA compliance and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the RoleThe Patient Access Representative position is responsible for greeting and assisting patients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and receiving/answering incoming telephone calls in the same manner, as applicable. The Patient Access Representative is to be cross-trained in all aspects of reception to supply sufficient coverage.
