Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Par Management Specialist to join the Supply Chain Services team. The role focuses on executing demand planning in PAR systems, replenishment, and stocking optimization to minimize costs while meeting service levels for clinical departments.

Responsibilities include PAR stocking, disposition of expiring or slow-moving stock, and accurate PAR counts and replenishment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare materials environment preferred.
• Monday-Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm Holidays, ON CALL and weekends required

Responsibilities

• Daily stock put away in PAR stocking locations, identifying and reconciling shipping discrepancies.
• Manage expiring/expired product and determine disposition per legal requirements.
• Manage slow-moving product and disposition options to mitigate financial impact.
• Process PAR counts for replenishment via handheld technology, using pre-determined MIN/MAX.
• Execute PAR procurement restocking order and ensure accurate debits to the clinical department.
