Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field or equivalent.
• 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through people.
• Strong Safety Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives to ensure an accident-free and safe workplace.
• Direct your team to achieve productivity goals at low cost while meeting environmental regulations and improving efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the shift crew with effective communication and teamwork to meet site objectives.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment uptime, reliability and asset life in your area.
