Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a paper manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, reliability, or process initiatives.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders to improve capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paper Department with Principle-Based Management and safety focus.
• Provide leadership to department leaders and align priorities.
• Develop and mentor leaders to build capability and succession.
• Own overall Paper Department performance across safety, quality, cost, and output.
• Lead capital projects, outages, and major operations initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to improve asset utilization and manufacturing performance.
• Drive productivity, yield, energy optimization, and product quality improvements.
• Communicate vision and resources to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
